Where do I find my diamond code?
It's printed on the label of the diamond vial you pull out of the candle, right beside the QR code. You can type it in above, or just scan the QR. If your vial doesn't have a code, email us and we'll send it over.
What does the vault tell me?
Enter your code and the vault reveals your diamond's carat weight, its batch grading by GIA, and its current market value. You can download the certificate to keep.
Are the diamonds real?
Yes. Genuine cut and polished diamonds, batch graded by GIA. Every code comes with a downloadable certificate, and many customers have theirs tested at a local jeweler too.
What can I do with my diamonds?
Keep them, or exchange them for finished fine jewelry through the Diamond Exchange. Our jeweler hand sets your diamonds into rings, earrings and necklaces.Answer Content
