How many diamonds do I need?
It depends on the piece. Smaller designs start around 10 diamonds and larger solitaires go up to 100. Every piece shows its diamond count, so you always know what you can make.
Are the diamonds real?
Yes. Certified diamonds, color D to G and clarity VS1 to VS2. Many customers have theirs tested at a local jeweler before exchanging, and they come back confirmed real.
What does the exchange cost?
You pay a small handling fee that covers shipping both ways and the diamond setting. The diamonds are already yours from your candles, or you can buy any piece outright at retail.
Is it safe to ship my diamonds in?
We send a prepaid label, your piece is set in house by our own jeweler, and it ships back with tracking. Customers consistently tell us their exchanges arrive safely.
