“ForeverWick Candle Q4 25’ Diamond Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”)

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SWEEPSTAKES DATES: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (“PST”) on December 2, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CST on December 31, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are given in Central Time. 

2.  ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal permanent United States residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (except as follows: The states of New York & Florida; nineteen (19) years of age or older in Alabama and Nebraska; twenty-one (21) years of age or older in Mississippi) as of the date of entry, and to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), who have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”).  Employees of ForeverWick Candle, its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) and each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. All federal, state, provincial/territorial, and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes is void in Quebec, outside of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Canada and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

3. TO ENTER:  The sponsor of the Diamond sweepstakes is ForeverWick Candle, 15210 Fitzhugh Rd. #2200, Austin, TX 78736.

Below are the ways to receive entries into this Sweepstakes:

1. VIA PURCHASE

• Every Dollar Spent/Donated = 1 Entry.  Each order paid for by the customer will be equivalent to one (1) entry into the sweepstakes provided that person meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. For every $1USD of qualifying product purchase (for residents of Canada, $1.39 CAD of qualifying purchase) made during the timeframe specified, Entrant will receive one (1) entry. For entry via purchase, no entry will be received if the corresponding transaction is void and not accepted for any reason (e.g., unauthorized use of credit card).

• Multiplier. By way of supplement to the bonus entries discussed in “Bonus Entries for production/collections” below, the number of entries received via qualifying purchase may be multiplied, as disclosed on the website.

• Bonus Entries for products/collections: In addition: (a) If total amount of qualifying purchaseis at least $1.00USD/$1.39 CAD, Entrant may receive bonus entries based on the total amount of qualifying purchase as disclosed in conjunction with the qualifying purchase; (b) if qualifying purchase includes a specially designated item, Entrant will receive bonus entries available via the specially designated item’s purchase price as disclosed in conjunction with the qualifying purchase.

• Bonus Entries for Order Amount. The Sponsor may offer bonus entries when purchasing the stated order value for the Sponsor. The bonus entries received will be determined by the purchase order amount, as disclosed on the website of the Sponsor.

• Bonus Entries for Coupon Code. The Sponsor may provide customers a coupon code that gives bonus entries or a multiplier for the order. Coupon codes may or may not have a product discount attached to it. If a discount is applied the total amount of entries will be applied to the after-discount purchase amount.

• 2X Item. An Entrant that purchases a specific item as outlined on the website of the Sponsor will receive two times (2x) the total number of entries of the order.

• Bonus Entries for Shipping Selection. From time to time, the Sponsor may offer Entrants bonus entries for selecting a specially designated shipping option at checkout. If an Entrant selects such a designated shipping option, the Entrant will receive the number of bonus entries disclosed on the Sponsor’s website in conjunction with that offer at the time of purchase. Bonus entries awarded for selecting a designated shipping option will be based on the qualifying purchase amount after any discounts or promotions are applied. Selection of a designated shipping option does not affect eligibility for any other bonus-entry opportunities described herein.

For the avoidance of doubt, all bonus entries, coupons and Discounts and 2x item entries are additional after the multiplier has been applied.

¹For entry via qualifying product purchase: (a) dollar amount spent includes gift card purchases, tax, shipping and handling fees as applicable; (b) Entrant may need to upload proof of purchase (ie receipt) and/or complete additional data fields on an entry form as a condition of receipt of entries; and (c) if items received via qualifying purchase are returned (whether or not refund is issued), any entries received in conjunction therewith will be cancelled.

1. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (“AMOE”):  To receive an entry into the Sweepstakes without making a qualifying purchase from the Sponsor go to www.foreverwickcandle.com/pages/foreverwick-2021. Requests must be received by December 31, 2025. Limit one (1) request per day. Sponsor not responsible for incorrect spelling on request. Participants may not use multiple email addresses or artificially create different submissions to redeem more than the maximum requests per day as stated above. If you do not comply with the rules of only one request per day per person, the sponsor reserves the right to withdraw any addition false submissions. All submissions will result in 1,000 entries into the Sweepstakes

Regardless of method of entry, entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void.  Regardless of the method of entry, there is a limit of one thousand (1,000) entries per Entrant during the Sweepstakes Period.

Regardless of the method of entry, the Sponsor is NOT responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.

Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant whose social media account that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes or any other person or entity; does not comply with these Official Rules; or if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein. Sponsor and/or Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries.

All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.  In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person who submitted an entry the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder (defined below) of the e-mail address connected with the email account from which the purchase/registration associated with the entry was made. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. An Entrant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the Entrant is the Authorized Account Holder of the email address associated with the entry. For entry via methods A or B (the latter as applicable), any acknowledgment of receipt of purchase/registration is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor, participating business entity/non-profit organization or Sponsor under any legal theory. Any attempt by any Entrant to enter this Sweepstakes using multiple/different accounts or any other methods may void the Entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification, at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Use of any automated system to participate in the Sweepstakes is prohibited and may result in disqualification. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same or proof of entry. Late entries or entries sent via any other method than those stated above will not be accepted.

4.  WINNING/ODDS: A total of thirty (30) Grand Prize winners will be selected during the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) random drawing will be conducted each day from December 2, 2025 through December 31, 2025 (each, a “Daily Drawing”), for a total of thirty (30) Daily Drawings. In each Daily Drawing, one (1) grand prize winner (each, a “Grand Prize Winner”) will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. For the avoidance of doubt, entries do not reset after each Daily Drawing; all eligible entries received from all methods of entry throughout the Sweepstakes Period will be included in each Daily Drawing. The odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each Daily Drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are based upon its sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects.

5.   PRIZE: 

GRAND PRIZE: A Diamond ranging in value from $2,000 - $12,000 (29) $2,000 and (1) $12,000 Diamond will be awarded daily, from December 2 - December 31, 2025. Total Prize pool of $70,000. Ultimately, the Grand Prize that will be awarded will be determined by the Sponsor. Grand Prize cannot be substituted, assigned or transferred, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein.  Grand Prize Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws, rules and regulations. The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any expenses not listed herein related to the acceptance and use of the Grand Prize.   No more than the one (30) Grand Prizes as set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. 

6.  PRIZE CLAIM:  Grand Prize Winner will be notified via a contact source provided at the time of registration (at the discretion of the Sponsor) within 2 weeks of the drawing date. The potential Grand Prize Winner must sign and return to the Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/publicity release in the form provided by the Sponsor (the “Release”) and IRS form W-9 (US Residents) or W8-BEN (Canadian Residents) in order to claim the Grand Prize (collectively, the “Required Documents”) within the time frame indicated in the Notification. If the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to sign and return the Required Documents within the required time period, the potential Grand Prize Winner forfeits his/her right to the Grand Prize and an alternate Grand Prize Winner may be selected at random from among all remaining non-winning eligible entries during the Sweepstakes Period, at the discretion of the Sponsor and time permitting. If the potential Grand Prize Winner is a resident of Canada, they will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, failing which they will be disqualified, and another potential Grand Prize Winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, at the discretion of the Sponsor and time permitting. 

The Grand Prize is taxable as income as required by applicable law, and the Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the Grand Prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes. The Sponsor must report the value of the Grand Prize to the IRS in the year the Grand Prize is received by the Grand Prize Winner and will be reported to the Grand Prize Winner and the IRS in the form of a Form 1099 or 1042S.  In the event it is deemed during the verification process that the potential Grand Prize Winner does not have a unique, personal and valid social security number for Sponsor (or any party acting on its behalf) to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the Grand Prize, the potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and another potential Grand Prize Winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, at the discretion of the Sponsor and time permitting.  Valid social security numbers will be determined by IRS requirements.

7. GENERAL:  By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees:  [a]  to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Sponsor which shall be final in all respects relating to the Sweepstakes, including without limitation the interpretation of these Official Rules; [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, related companies; participating business entities and non-profit organizations; advertising/promotion agencies of any of the preceding, including Sponsor; and the officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, shareholders, successors and assigns of any of the above; from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind including liability for personal injury or death resulting from his/her participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use or misuse of the prize; and  [c] if the prize winner, to the use of his/her name, voice, image, likenesses, city/state/province/territory of residence, publicly available biographical information and other indicia of his/her persona for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor and its designees (including participating business entities and non-profit organizations) without further notice or compensation (unless prohibited by law) and, except where prohibited and without further compensation, to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. 

Sponsor, its subsidiaries, related companies; Meta Platforms Inc., participating business entities, non-profit organizations; advertising/promotion agencies of any of the preceding, including Sponsor, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, shareholders, successors and assigns are not responsible and shall not be liable for; [a] electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction; [b] unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; [c] technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions; or [d] limitations of any kind or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive information by Sponsor (or participating business entity/non-profit organization) on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Sponsor, participating business entities, non-profit organizations, and/or Sponsor are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, or illegible entries or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor (and/or Sponsor and/or any participating business entity and/or any non-profit organization) that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted.   Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning the prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices  or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, any participating business entity, or Sponsor.  Entries which contain false information, are incomplete, inaccurate or are otherwise forged, defective, or made outside authorized channels, including those which have failed due to malfunction or failure of phones, phone lines, telephone systems or networks, server, providers, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof of any kind, any human error or otherwise, shall be void. Without limitation, the preceding includes sham purchase transactions (and/or bogus reviews of products purchased in such transactions, to the extent applicable) or any misrepresentation as to whether an Entrant accessed the Sweepstakes from the online post or page of an Affiliate/Endorser/Influencer or any other person who is compensated by Sponsor for marketing the Sweepstakes.    

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR DEFRAUD THE SPONSOR, IN CONJUNCTION THEREWITH MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. SPONSOR’S/Sponsor’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.  If, for any reason whatsoever, this Sweepstakes, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes and limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of such action will be posted on the Sponsor’s website. All federal, state, provincial/territorial, and local regulations apply.  TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND/OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, USA WITHOUT REGARD TO PRINCIPLES OF CONFLICTS OF LAW; (2) ANY DISPUTE/CLAIM/CAUSE OF ACTION MUST BE BROUGHT EXCLUSIVELY IN A NEW YORK STATE COURT SITUATED IN ROCHESTER, NEW YORK USA OR UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF NEW YORK SITUATED IN ROCHESTER, NEW YORK USA, WITH ENTRANT AGREEING TO THE PERSONAL JURISDICTION OF SUCH COURTS AND WAIVING ANY CLAIM OF CHANGE OF VENUE, FORUM NONCONVENIENS OR THE LIKE; (3) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, IF ANY, BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ENTRANT BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY FORM OF INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.

8. PRIVACY POLICY: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his or her personal information by the Sponsor for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this Sweepstakes and, if consent is given at the time of entry for marketing purposes.  Sponsor will use all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available here: https://foreverwickcandle.com/pages/privacy-policy.

10. WINNERS’ LIST REQUEST: To receive the name of the Grand Prize Winner, send a self-addressed, stamped (business size) envelope to: “ForeverWick Candle Q4 25’ Diamond Giveaway” Winners List Request, 15210 Fitzhugh Rd. #2200, Austin, TX 78736. Requests must be received by February 12, 2026.

“Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc nor the entities associated with the prizes being awarded by a business entity,  have NOT sponsored, offered or otherwise in any way associated with the ForeverWick Candle Q4 25’ Diamond Giveaway. All information is provided to the Sponsor only.”

This Sweepstakes shall not be published without written permission by Sponsor.
